Dr. Matthew Bressan

Dr. Bressan was born and raised in southern Colorado, attended high school at John Mall, and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado – Boulder. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Colorado’s School of Medicine in 2015.

After finishing school, Dr. Bressan moved to Boise, ID honing his treatment and manual skills over a wide variety of patient populations from collegiate athletes, to individuals with chronic pain and those suffering from Parkinson’s disease. His practice also included diagnosis and treatment of individuals ranging from adolescents, to 80+ year-old athletes and everyone in between.

His practice model has a heavy manual focus (soft-tissue and joint mobilizations) supplemented by a comprehensive home exercise program consisting of therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular re-education activities to reinforce the passive treatment. He believes that quality, patient-centered treatment revolves around good communication and teamwork between the therapist and the client for achievement of the client’s goals.

In true Colorado spirit, Dr. Bressan’s hobbies include camping, fishing, hunting, running, and skiing, as well as landscape and wildlife photography.

Dr. Tiffany M. Wolf

Tiffany is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver metro area. While in high school, she discovered a love for sports and fitness, especially in the weight room. Knowing she wanted to pursue a career in the healthcare field, Tiffany realized that physical therapy comprised the ideal balance between patient interaction and her love of all things sports- and gym-related.

Tiffany attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Psychology. While there, Tiffany received her certification as a group fitness instructor and continued teaching through graduate school. She then attended Regis University and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Following graduation, Tiffany moved with her husband to northern Nevada where she practiced in multiple settings, including acute care, acute rehab, home health, and outpatient orthopedics.

Tiffany and her family returned to Colorado in 2011, where she has been working in an outpatient setting, treating patients for diverse issues such as orthopedics, neuro/balance, oncology, and industrial health needs, as well as patients who have previously failed PT.

Tiffany has also had her own personal battle with cancer (20+ years), which gives her a unique perspective working with the cancer population, including providing lymphedema treatment. Tiffany firmly believes that physical therapists are the musculoskeletal specialists and, as such, her goal is to give patients the tools to succeed immediately in rehab and in their future health. Rehabilitation is a team effort between patient, PT, doctors, and other health care providers.

Tiffany has completed all coursework for Manual Therapy through the University of St. Augustine, is certified in Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, is a Lymphedema Certified Specialist trained through Klose Training, and is certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) through WorkWell. Away from work, you will find Tiffany cheering on her daughters at one sporting or drama club event or another! She also enjoys yoga, hiking, running, triathlons, and spending time with her husband, two young girls, and corgi dog Dougal.

Dr. Kate Petty

Born and raised in Durango, Colorado, Dr. Kate Petty earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Denver before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Anschutz.

A lifelong fitness enthusiast, she has been coaching weightlifting and CrossFit since she was 17, and brings that same passion for performance and movement into the clinic. She particularly enjoys working with higher-level athletes who want to push their limits, as well as patients with chronic pain, helping those who have been managing conditions for years, or even decades, explore new strategies to live more functional, active lives.

Dr. Petty’s goal is to combine her expertise, coaching experience, and problem-solving mindset to help every patient reach, and exceed, their personal goals.

When asked what surprised him about humanity the most, the Dalai Lama replied:

“Man, because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.”
